Can Milestone Moments be used for non-US employees?
Milestone Moments are exclusively available for employees (or members) based in the US.
Can Milestone Moments be used for Schemes outside the US?
Yes, but only for employees (or members) who are in the US.
Will employees have to pay for delivery?
Employees won't have to pay for delivery. Moreover, numerous items will qualify for free Same-Day delivery or One-Day shipping, enhancing the overall convenience of the process.
Do users need to have an Amazon account?
The ordering process is connected to our partnership account with Amazon Business. Users can conveniently add their delivery details within the Reward Marketplace.
Will the purchases made by employees be visible to anyone?
Due to privacy concerns, employers are not able to see which items employees have selected from the catalog.
I’ve added items to the catalog but, they are not appearing?
Product availability and prices on Amazon are subject to change. If any item becomes unavailable or exceeds the Max Price for the catalog, it will not be displayed to prevent unexpected charges. This policy applies to both the Reward Manager and users in the Reward Marketplace. To ensure members have a wide variety of options, we suggest adding plenty of items to the catalog. This way, they can enjoy a great selection of choices when redeeming their rewards.
Is there a limit to the number of items added to a catalog?
No, you can add as many as you like! Because Amazon items can often become unavailable or increase above your price range, we recommend adding plenty of items and reviewing it every once in a while.
Do I need any specific permissions to create new segments of recipients for scheduled recognition?
Yes, if you expect that you may need to create new segments of recipients for scheduled recognition and you don't already have the Segments Admin permission, you will need to request it as well. This permission will enable you to efficiently manage and organize recipients for recognition in a way that aligns with your needs and requirements. Feel free to reach out to the appropriate authority or administrator to request the Segments Admin permission. Once granted, you can take full advantage of this feature to enhance your recognition programs effectively.
What reporting is there on Milestone Moments?
For Milestone Moments we’ve added a new report, R631 - Milestone Moments, which shows the Milestone Moment awards given out, and those redeemed.
We’ve also updated the below to include Milestone Moments:
- R55 - Outstanding Balances
- R94- Awards Issued
- R625 - Detailed Redemption
- R607 - Members Awards report
- R612 - R&R spend by member
- R628 - Rewards Redemptions
- R91 - Cancelled Awards.
