What are in-store offers?
Employees can save money on their in-store shopping with our discounted in-store offers. Employees can save in one of three ways: either with a paper gift voucher, reloadable store card, or instant voucher. A discount is applied directly to the amount that the employee pays us for their voucher or top-up. They then receive the full amount requested, which they can then spend in the store of their choice as if they paid full price.
What's the difference between cards, paper vouchers and instant vouchers?
Reloadable cards
Most of our in-store offers in the UK now involve reloadable cards. These are plastic cards that can be loaded with money repeatedly. Every time the employee tops their card up through the site, they get our saving. When the employee first receives their card they need to activate it on their account. If they lose the card, in most cases we can ask retailers to transfer the balance to a new card.
Instant vouchers
Instant vouchers are a recent innovation on RG which allow employees to save money and shop in-store instantly. Employees either receive a voucher code, downloadable voucher or text message which they just need to show in store as a method of payment.
Most offers in the US involve instant vouchers. Some offers feature non-reloadable gift cards which are posted out the next business day after ordering.
