Why should clients choose RG Total Reward Statement?
It's a powerful way to help employees understand their complete reward package and improve attracting and retaining talent with little or no admin effort.
RG Total Reward Statement is:
- Holistic - it covers it all from salary, through salary sacrifice benefits, to Discounts and R&R. what's more, it goes beyond monetary benefits and allows clients to add all non-monetary benefits available to employees
- Automated - pulls real-time data directly from RG system eliminating the need for the client to calculate or accumulate data. This means - no admin effort is needed to run TRS anymore.
- Flexible - clients can tailor benefit names, details and add custom sections to allow for an absolute alignment with the company's values and language
- Impactful - TRS not only helps employees better understand the value of their direct and indirect rewards but also reminds them of what else is available they haven't used. This boosts overall benefits uptake, engagement and serves as a powerful retention tool

What if the client hosts some benefits outside of RG? Can they also be included in TRS?
Yes. Provided clients can upload the needed data to Reward Manager (either as part of the membership upload or directly through TRS), we’ll be able to display it along with the benefits RG hosts.
Can clients customise what's included in TRS and to what extent?
Yes, TRS is quite flexible and can be easily tailored to match the client's needs and tone of voice.
Clients will be able to customise the names, descriptions, and details for each benefit and section. They can hide or reorder certain benefits or whole sections. What's more, they'll be able to add custom sections and list any additional benefits our standard TRS didn't cover - e.g. specific non-monetary benefits.
How often would TRS data be refreshed?
Total Reward Statement is a real-time overview of the employee's full rewards package so data will always be up-to-date provided clients refresh membership data regularly too (e.g. salary data or any externally hosted data). TRS can be accessed from employees at any time throughout the year.
Can employees access TRS on a mobile device?
Yes. TRS is mobile-friendly.
Can TRS be printed and sent to employees?
Yes. Although one of the key benefits of our Total Reward statement is that it's digital, we understand some clients might still need to send hard copies of the statements to their employees. Therefore, we'll also offer a print and dispatching service for the clients who request it. The printing will come at an additional cost.
Can TRS be downloaded by employees?
No, we don't currently offer a download option.

How much will RG Total Reward Statement cost?
Clients having multiple salary sacrifice products with RG can get it for free. For the rest of the clients, it will be done on an ACV term.
How long does it take for a client to have TRS implemented?
RG Total Reward Statement is designed with automation in mind to reduce the administration burden for HR professionals. As it will directly pull through data from our system, it will only require a one-off setup effort on the side of the client to ensure the interface, wording, and terminology used reflects the client's language, values, and tone of voice.
Once set up, it doesn't require any further maintenance besides the regular membership data uploads our clients do anyway to supply the employee's data.

How long will TRS be available for leavers?
60 days. Like all other account information we hold, TRS will be erased 60 days after the employee's account is revoked.
