Managing your SFTP Integration

Once a client has their SFTP integration up and running, it’s really easy for them to manage it. Administrators in the client organisation will be able to log into their Reward Manager administration platform to view or configure any existing integrations. 

The following FAQs provide guidance on how to keep on top of the integration.

Can I change my mapping on the file?

Go to your Integration Dashboard and select the "Edit Mapping" option under your chosen SFTP Integration.

Note: Once your mapping has been changed, you will need to publish your SFTP Integration. Go through all the steps: send an example file, map the fields, and publish it again

How do I disable an existing SFTP integration?

Go to your Integration Dashboard and select the "Initial Setup" option under your chosen SFTP Integration.

Once you're in the setup, you can use the toggle button on the top right-hand side to disable your integration temporarily.

How do I see and amend existing authentication settings?

Go to your Integration Dashboard and select the "Edit Authentication" option under your chosen SFTP Integration.

Here you would be able to view your current authentication settings as well as the ability to change these credentials.

How do I see reports on processed files?

Go to your Integration Dashboard and select the "See History" option under your chosen SFTP Integration.

What happens if I leave my company?

If you leave your company, your account will be marked as a leaver on Reward Gateway and all programme administrators and your Client Success Manager will be notified to this affect. 

We highly recommend that a second contact is set up as an Administrator on Reward Gateway to avoid any potential integration issues and to generate new credentials when these notifications are received.

• Process files frequently to avoid delays in your employees getting access to your platform
• Ensure the file formats remain the same
• Closely monitor the SFTP integration through the notification emails
• Use multiple administrators to manage your SFTP integration
• Notify your Reward Gateway team of any changes as soon as possible
