Doctorline™ is a GP service benefit provided by Westfield Health, which can be offered either as part of a Healthcare Cash Plan, or as a standalone benefit.

- Continuity of Care – Employee health records will be stored securely, allowing GPs to access their medical history. This enables GPs to make informed decisions and provide personalised advice tailored to each individual. Whether it’s a routine check-up or ongoing condition. management, our employees can build a trusted relationship with their GP over time.
- NHS Registered – To ensure the highest quality of care, employees need to be NHS registered. By aligning with the NHS registration process, this reinforces the reliability and credibility of the service provided.

Ways to offer DoctorLine™ to your employees
You can provide Doctorline™ either:
- As a standalone service through the Reward Gateway platform; or
- As part of a Healthcare Cash Plan with Reward Gateway (provided by Westfield Health). Please note, Doctorline™ is included in all Healthcare Cash Plan packages as standard. Please speak to your Account Manager or Client Success Manager for more information.
Adding the Doctorline™ benefit to your Reward Gateway platform
There are several ways to provide employees easy access to DoctorLine™ as a standalone benefit:
- On the Wellbeing Centre - we will provide content for the benefit tile and for the Benefits page as well as employee communication content.
- On your SmartHub® - we will provide content for the Smart Tile and the SmartPage and employee communication content.
Employees can easily connect to DoctorLine™ via a link from their Reward Gateway platform and the code provided on the benefits page.

Availability
This benefit is available to UK and Republic of Ireland clients only.
Pricing
This benefit requires a 12 month commitment and is priced based on the total number of employees within your organisation. Please contact your Account Manager for a quote. The quote will be for the service only, there are no separate implementation or build charges.
