What do we mean by a Provisioning Integration?
In order to allow users to register on the platforms, we need some of their details on the system. As well as the manual upload we also have a range of integrations that once set up can do this all for you saving you time and potential errors.
How can we make it easier?
SFTP (Secure File Transfer Protocol) sFTP is a great way to upload data to your brand new platform with a whole host of benefits. There’s a decreased risk of human error as your new platform is looking for an exact match of data. It eliminates the need to download data to a desktop before uploading it to Reward Manager and because another system does the hard work you could update it daily!
SCIM (System for Cross-domain Identity Management) SCIM is an easy way for our clients to manage new starters and leavers from their business, ensuring they have the right access to the program at the right times. New hires will be added once joined and leavers will be removed once they leave. This will work automatically via the SCIM integration from Okta or Microsoft Azure and will require no additional input from HR saving you time.
BambooHR If you currently use BambooHR as your HRIS platform you can seamlessly integrate it with your new Reward Gateway platform. Just like SCIM it will sync the new starters and leavers on a frequency you chose meaning that never have to worry about providing access to your new employees or removing it from your leavers saving you time.
