How To Simplify Integration
SFTP (Secure File Transfer Protocol) is a great way to upload data to your new platform, offering a range of benefits. It reduces the risk of human error, as the platform looks for an exact match with the data available, which means the data won't be imported if there is an error. SFTP also removes the need to download data before uploading it to Reward Manager. Another key advantage is automation: this process can be performed daily, with another system doing the hard work for you.
SCIM (System for Cross-domain Identity Management) is an easy way for our clients to manage new starters and leavers from their business, ensuring they have the right access to the program at the right time. New hires will be added when they join the company, and leavers will be removed once they leave. This works automatically via the SCIM integration from Okta or Microsoft Azure and requires no additional input from HR, saving you time and effort.
BambooHR If you currently use BambooHR as your HRIS platform, you can seamlessly integrate it with your new Reward Gateway platform. Just like SCIM, it will sync the new starters and leavers on a frequency you choose, meaning you never have to worry about providing access to your new employees or removing them when they leave, saving you time and effort.
