Follow these steps to edit your nickname, profile picture, cover photo, privacy settings, and more
Wellbeing+ allows you to easily change your name, profile photo, cover photo, nickname, and time zone, as well as switch between viewing your distance in kilometers or miles.
To edit your profile on our web application, please navigate to
https://app.wb.rewardgateway.com/profile/settings/
Please follow these steps to access Settings in the app:
- Navigate to your Dashboard
- Select the menu bars in the top left corner
- Select Settings from the utility panel
You can also access settings by going to your Profile and tapping the gear icon at the top right
Editing your profile
Once you've accessed your Wellbeing+ settings, you can edit the following details:
Profile Privacy
To change your Privacy Settings, select Profile Privacy to set your preferred level of privacy.
The privacy options available are:
Public - anyone in your organization can view your profile.
Friends Only - only your accepted friends can see your profile.
Private - no one, not even your friends, can see your profile.
Bio
To add a bio, select Add your bio, enter a short bio that describes you, and select Update bio.
To edit your bio, tap the bio field in your profile. Once you’ve entered your new bio, select the Update bio button to save your changes.
Profile Photo
To change your profile photo, select the camera icon shown within your current profile photo. You can select a fun Wellbeing+ avatar, take a photo, or choose a photo from your library.*
Note: To do this, you will need to grant Wellbeing+ access to your camera or storage.
Cover Photo
To change your cover photo, select the camera icon within your cover photo. From here, you can select one of our premade options, take a photo, or choose a photo from your library.*

Name and Nickname
To change your name or nickname, select the corresponding field from your settings page, delete what you currently have, and type in your update. Select the Update box and you should see your selection appear replacing your old one. If you do not see your selection, Wellbeing+ has not saved your changes. Please note that Wellbeing+ does not allow duplicate nicknames within one client account. If the nickname is already in use, then your choice will not save.
Timezone
To change your timezone from the mobile app, select the Timezone field. Tap the dropdown menu to choose a new timezone. Your selection should now appear under timezone, replacing your old one.
To change your timezone from the Wellbeing+ website, open your dashboard and select your profile icon in the upper right corner. Select Settings > scroll down to the Timezone field. Select the dropdown menu to choose a new timezone. Your selection should now appear under timezone, replacing your old one.
Distance Metric (Kilometers vs. Miles)
To view distance as kilometers, tap the toggle next to Show distance in kilometers. If the toggle is blue, you've selected kilometers. To switch back to viewing your distance in miles, tap the same toggle again.
