Use this article to assist you as you send initial invitations to join Wellbeing+ with your organization
All users must have a Reward Gateway account to access Wellbeing+. Once a user has an account with Reward Gateway, they can follow the steps here to create their Wellbeing+ account.
Invite users with a challenge invite link
We strongly recommend creating your challenge before sending out challenge communications to your users. Learn how to create a challenge here. Once your challenge is created, it will generate a challenge link that you will send out to participants.
How will users join with the challenge invite link?
The challenge invite link allows users to do 2 things at once:
- Create their account
- Join the challenge
New users will click the link, which directs them to download the mobile app or brings them to app.wb.rewardgateway.com. Then, they will create their account associated with your organization, connect their device, and join the challenge.
If they already created an account, the invite link will just add them to the correct challenge.
Once a user joins, you will be able to see their profile from the Users tab in the admin center and view their activity data in reports. You will not be able to manage a user, or see their account, until they have joined the Wellbeing+ platform.
Where to access your challenge invite link:
- When you finish creating your challenge, you will see a challenge invite link in the success pop-up window:
- In your challenge dashboard (accessed by clicking on the Challenges tab in the side navigation menu), you'll see the Invite link listed below your challenge description and duration:
Invite users with your organization code
To allow users to join as part of your organization, they can enter your organization code directly into Wellbeing+. You can share your organization code directly to users and ask them to download , or share a unique invite link that will pre-populate the org code for users during sign up. This ensures you don't have errors from users typing in your org code wrong.
Unlike the challenge invite link, this option does not add users to a challenge. It only registers them as part of your organization.Where to find your organization code
You can find and edit your org code and unique invite link in the Admin Center. Select Settings towards the bottom of the side navigation menu:Your org code and invite link will be in the upper right corner:
There are a few ways to invite users with your org code:
- Share your organization code and/or unique invite link through SmartHub. Create a QR code for your invite link so users can scan the code with their mobile device to get started directly in the mobile app.
- Email or communicate your org code and/or unique invite link to your users. With this option, they will have to enter the code themselves.
- Share your unique invite link. This link will pre-populate the org code for your users when they download the app. This ensures you don't have errors from users typing in your org code wrong.
In addition to sharing your organization code, Add the Wellbeing+ tile in SmartHub. Users can select the tile to sign up or log in to Wellbeing+.
You can also select the Account info tab to view and edit your organization name and organization code. Learn more about editing your organization code here.
