Receiving and Redeeming an Award
When you receive an award with points, you can use those points to purchase vouchers with popular retailers. This guide will show you how the award is received by an employee, how to view the award, and how to redeem points to purchase vouchers.
Receiving the Award by Email
The award will be sent to you by email, and would look something like this (card designs may vary):
> Click on the Take a look now button to view the award on the platform:
Viewing the Award
The example award below is for 200 PNT (200 points).
On this View Award page, you can react or comment on the award.
If the award was shared publicly, your colleagues will be able to congratulate you, comment and react too! This is the Social Recognition Wall where rewards and recognition can be enjoyed by all.
Note: If the award was sent privately only you and the person sending you it will be able to see it.
Browse Reward Marketplace
> Click the See award options button on your award, to go to Reward Marketplace
Once on Reward Marketplace you can look for a retailer you wish to purchase a voucher for.
> Select Explore options or search for a retailer using the Search for retailers search bar
You can scroll down the page to find the Top Vouchers and Cards if you don't know which retailer to choose just yet. Just be aware that the available options may vary.
An example is shown below for demonstration purposes:
Notice that under each retailer it tells you if the voucher is to use in-store or use online, (or both):
Add to Basket
If you find something you like the look of, click Add to Basket - Don't worry, you won't be committing to purchase it just yet!
A window will pop up to tell you more about the voucher:
Top tip: Always read the Terms & Conditions as many vouchers are non refundable!
Buying the Voucher
As you enter a number (in your local currency), it will populate the amount of points that it will require:
Currency and point conversion will vary depending on your region and individual platform.
> At this point clicking Add to Basket will actually add the voucher to your basket.
> Click View your basket or go straight to checkout
Order Screen
Note that if you want to buy a voucher which is higher than the value of points you have, you can top up the payment using a debit or credit card. The Total to Pay will indicate if you have chosen an amount higher (i.e. there would be a balance to pay).
On the example below, the points are correct, so clicking Order Now would finalise the purchase of the voucher!
Your voucher will now be available in your Instant Vouchers, on your platform.
Finding Your Voucher
To access your voucher:
> Click the Account button in the top-right corner of your platform
> Go to Account Settings
There will be a menu on the left hand side similar to this:
> Select My Account > My Instant Vouchers
