Cycle to Work+ - FAQs - How Can I Cancel My Cycle to Work Order? (for UK only)

Once your application has been approved, you'll have 14 days to cancel your order. This can only be done if the Letter of Collection (LOC) hasn't been spent. This can be done via the Order History page.

Some orders will have a cancellation link in the email which includes the LOC from Halfords. Please ignore this link and visit the Order History page to manage your Order.
