TRS is not simply a static list of all benefits an employee has access to, but can now serve as a starting point for the employee journey taking up a benefit. Clients with benefits that are run offline or outside of RG can now add a button directing employees to a SmartPage with more details on the benefit or to a website where they can access the benefit.
The functionality allows TRS admins to attach a hyperlink to each benefit listed in TRS. Admins can add the button to each benefit through TRS administration in Reward Manager. With the new quick links option for each of the benefits, employees can navigate much easier and are encouraged to make the most of their benefits package.
