As a Product team, we are always on the lookout for great ideas for new or improved product features. We believe that employers using our solutions are one of the best people to help us evolve the Reward Gateway products based on their experience using it. Therefore, we would like to encourage anyone with a great idea to share it first hand on rg.co/productideas.
In addition, every visitor will be able to see all ideas submitted by others coupled up with any replies. The best part is you can upvote for the ideas you like and you agree with.
How to submit a product idea
- Visit rg.co/productideas
- Hit on the "Join event" button
- Select the Product that your ideas is related to
- Type in your idea. A good example would be: “Ability to send multiple eCards to a whole team/ department/ location”
- Stay anonymous or share your name and company in if you wanted to be kept posted if your idea has made it onto the product roadmap.
- Hit Send
How to vote for ideas
Browse through the ideas shared in each product board and hit “Upvote 👍” for the ideas you like and agree with the most.
What happens with the ideas you’ve added
The Product Management team monitors the ideas shared on a regular basis (every quarter) and considers the ones with most votes as a higher priority. Higher priority means that these ideas will be further evaluated based on their viability, usability and feasibility metrics before any commitments against them are made.
In case, an idea has passed the product development assessment stage and makes its way onto the product roadmap, if we have the name and company of the person who suggested it, we will make sure we inform them of their idea making it to development.
