Builders merchant Selco needed a really engaging Hub to capture the attention of their 3,000 UK-based employees, many of whom are offline during their working day.
Their design creates a strong employer brand and sets out the different functions of the Hub really clearly. Company comms, peer-to-peer recognition and employee discounts take center stage in this design, in line with the company's engagement and recognition strategic goals.
Hair and beauty bookings website Treatwell truly went to town with their SmartHub® engagement platform and brought their employer brand to life by creating TreatStreet. Here, their UK employees can get excited by – and easily access – their SmartSpending™ discounts as well as their tax efficient benefits, such as Cycle to Work and Childcare Vouchers.
