Global | Core Platform | Platform Translation to Spanish
We've been working on translating our platform into Spanish over the last few months. US clients will be especially happy about this but it is a giant leap for us globally. We have chosen a supplier, and there is excellent software available that is helping with this mammoth task. Which means we are now able to start providing hubs in Spanish.
Global |Employee Communications|Editing Comments
We are pleased to announce that editing as a function on blog post comment is now live for all users. Similar to other comment tools (Slack, Skype), people can edit their comments and re-post without having to delete their whole message for those tiny typos.
Global |Employee Communications|User tiles on front-end blogs
User tiles have been moved to the front end! This is one of the last bits we needed to accomplish in order to switch off the back end for blogging.
Bloggers can find it in the Editor Toolbar, click on 'User' and add the user's name:
Clicking on the photo or the employee name links directly to profiles. And the 'Send Recognition' button redirects users to the Social Recognition Wall for ease of access.
Global |Employee Communications|Employee Profiles and People Directory
Employee Profiles are a great way to add value to an employee engagement platform, as they increase the visibility of roles and people across the organization, improve communication and enhance social cohesion. This is especially important in large or global businesses where employees don't work directly with many of their peers on a daily basis.
From June, clients who are using Employee Profiles will also be able to use the People Directory in all its glory!
The People Directory is a one-stop shop that makes it easier than ever to search and find the right person, from the right location, in the right department!
The new People Directory will help:
- Make the platform more social
- Increase engagement
- Help employees connect and find commonalities
- Help employees build stronger and better relationships across their organization.
