This guide runs through the steps to take to manage windows in our Holiday Trading solution.
- Log into the Reward Manager > find the tab SmartPay and select the option Administer > find the Holiday Trading icon () just below the Window Scheduler
- Drag and drop the icon on the Window Scheduler > click on the icon and edit the window settings from the menu which will appear
- Click 'Save'
- Once the window is scheduled, a file upload needs to be done, so that the users can be made eligible to apply for the window

- To make sure the right people are eligible to apply for Holiday Trading, clients should download the report 'Users Eligible for Holiday Trading' which sits in the reporting section of the admin panel (Reward Manager > find the tab SmartPay and select the option Administer > click on the tab Products on the page > find Holiday Trading and click on the green button Manage > click on the tab Reporting, which is right next to the tab Text Management > click on the green button 'Export' report to download the report)
How to edit a Holiday Trading window?
When a window is running the settings can be changed from the same place it was configured. The menu will appear when clicking on the Holiday Trading icon on the Window Scheduler (path to the Window Scheduler - (Log into the Reward Manager > find the tab SmartPay and select the option Administer > it's on the page)).
