Usage and engagement analytics are built into the core of all our products, and they can all be viewed and shared with SmartInsights™, our Management Information System.
With SmartInsights™, clients can see how every element of their engagement program is performing, all sliced and diced according to how their organization has built its employee engagement platform. With our addition of SmartInsights™ Pulse, clients can also track exactly how employees are feeling about work at any time, easily and efficiently.
Accessing engagement analytics
Understanding how different groups of employees interact with their employee benefits, employee recognition, company news, and company blogs helps clients fine tune their employee communications and increase the impact of their program.
There are 3 ways for clients to access Management Information for their Reward Gateway program, each of which returns a different level of detail to suit the client's requirements:
1. On the mobile app
Logging in to the SmartInsights™ app shows headline statistics, updated weekly. Great for quick access to the key numbers, for example in meetings or being asked "How's the program going?" by the boss.
2. MI reports sent from their Client Success Manager
These reports can be sent either as a link, which takes the client through to an interactive report format, or as a PDF (or both). They give mid-level analysis on the performance of the program as a whole, such as registration and engagement statistics, as well as information for each live product, such as most popular retailers in SmartSpending™.
Analysis in these reports covers a specified period of time, and clients can request for them to be sent monthly, quarterly, bi-annually, annually or ad hoc.
Annual MI reports, sent by the Client Success Manager, also show return on investment (ROI) for each product, calculated using program spend, savings made, tax savings where applicable (UK only), and more. Clients are given a total ROI figure for using Reward Gateway.
Analytics reports are broken down into several sections. These sections include statistics on different SmartHub® modules as well as some key headlines for the period.

3. Within Reward Manager
Clients can head to the SmartInsights™ section and choose from a wide range of detailed analytics reports, for example the Total Program Spend report can be run to show a breakdown of spend by department, location, or any differentiator that the client chooses to include through their registration options, to get a view of engagement and program value in different parts of the business.
Having detailed information like this is great for gaining deep insight into which areas of the program are performing best and where needs attention or up-weighted communications.
Access to Reward Manager is set up during implementation for all Reward Gateway customers.
