This document provides a quick self-assessment for candidates, new hires or employees to review and determine how naturally they perform the specific behaviors that support your company values.
By asking them to select three behaviors that feel most natural and three behaviors that feel least natural, interviewers can get insight into the individual's working style and opportunities for ongoing career coaching.
This form is sometimes used with candidates during an interview or at a 30-day check-in to reinforce the importance of culture.
