Global | Employee Communication | Manage Blogs from any page with just 2 clicks
We have created a 'Blogs mega menu' providing easy access to all options available within the blogs feature form any page on our platform. However, not all clients have the blogs mega menu set up, so we created an alternative way of reaching blog options easily.
We added links for writing a post and managing blogs in the account slide-out section. Those links will be visible only to those people who have access to write and manage blogs.
Global | Employee Communication | Saving and publishing changes on Blogs
We discovered the following:
When the blogger has clicked “Save changes” and then straight after “Publish changes” some delays can occur. There is a request sent to the server for publishing the changes while the request for saving is still being processed, so in some occasions it happens that the latest changes are not published.
To avoid this, we disabled the “Publish changes” button during saving changes, because when people quickly click the two buttons one after the other, the saving of changes is still not processed and they publish again the same old post.
Global | Employee Communication | Improvement on the video uploading process
We added a progress bar showing how much of the video is processed so that clients know how far through the upload they are.
UK | Holiday Trading | Checking employee eligibility
We heard from our clients that they need to know which employees are eligible for Holiday Trading, and which are not eligible. To help them with that we created the "Eligibility Status Report", which will sit in the product reporting section, and will contain the following columns:
- Payroll Number
- User Name and Surname
- Maximum Buy
- Maximum Sell
- Date Last Modified

Reward Manager > SmartPay > Administer > Reporting tab > Product Reports (right-hand sidebar) Holiday Trading;
Reward Manager > SmartPay > Administer > Products > Holiday Trading (Manage) > Reporting tab in the product setup.
