Global | SmartSpending™ app | Instant Vouchers balance checker
We've now integrated a tool that enables members to easily check the remaining value on their purchased Instant Vouchers (aka Instant Cards and eGift Cards).
For most retailers, the balance can be checked using a link, however some are able to feed the balance through to our system directly, which can be shown in the app itself (see right-hand side example below).
UK | SmartSpending™ | Improved UX on Reloadable Cards purchases
To improve the user experience when purchasing a Reloadable Card, we have condensed the 'free card' and 'free insured delivery' sections into + tags attached to the Top-up entry in the basket.
UK | SmartPay™ | New reminder on the Deduction Report
Payroll approvers for any SmartPay™ products (Childcare Vouchers, Cycle to Work, SmartTech™ and Holiday Trading) will now receive a reminder email when the deduction report for their payroll is ready to download and process.
If a client does not want to receive these reminders, they can contact Client Support to request them to be switched off.
UK | Childcare Vouchers | 'New' tab becomes 'Restarting Requests'
After the recent government closure of Childcare Vouchers to new applicants, we received feedback from clients that when they go to their CCV approvals page in Reward Manager, the "New" tab no longer made sense (employees can no longer submit 'new' applications to the scheme). So, to avoid confusion for CCV approvers, we've renamed the tab "Restarting Requests", to account for parents who are already on the scheme but on pause and wish to restart their deductions.
Global | Core platform and Onboarding| Reward Gateway meets Slack and Yammer
We're working on two brand new integrations that will allow clients to connect their Slack Workspaces or their Yammer Networks to their Reward Gateway program.
Once the client has setup the integration, any recognition moments shared on the wall or articles posted within a blog will automatically be shared on a chosen Slack channel or a Yammer group of the client's choice.
