Thanks to client feedback, we have recently implemented a handy new "download" button on the Childcare Voucher Statement page in RG Childcare members' My Account.

UK | SmartPay™ | Easier access to Variation of Contracts for clients' tax audits

A few clients have fed back to us that they need to be able to get a copy of every Variation of Contract between them and their employees, ready for HMRC auditors. So, we added a report under each SmartPay™ Product page, where clients can download each Variation of Contract within a specific date.

This can be found in Reward Manager by navigating to SmartPay™ > Products > CtW/CCV/HT/ST > Manage > Reporting

Global | Accessibility | Improved visual contrast in notification messages and buttons

So we fixed it! We deeply care about accessibility and giving equal opportunities to our users. So, when we realised that we had an insufficient contrast between the background and overlaying text colours, which affects the user experience for people with limited eyesight, we fixed it.

We've overhauled our notification messages by removing the colour background (now white) and increasing the font size, making our notifications more user-friendly. We also improved the buttons by deepening the green colour so that it comfortably complies with the WCAG 2.0's AA accessibility standards. Plus, we rounded the shape of the button so that it stands out from the surrounding boxes.
