When an employee's SmartSpending™ account is revoked - usually due to leaving their employer organization - they will still have access to the My Account page only, for 60 days. Their Cashback balance can be withdrawn from the My Account page during this time.
After those 60 days have passed, they can still call the Helpdesk for issues relating to Childcare Vouchers (UK).
After this 60 day period, any data that Reward Gateway has stored is completely removed from the system and support for all other queries will be very limited.
