Global | Employee Recognition & Reward | New R&R tiles
Clients may already be aware of the much-loved 'My Account' tile that can be incorporated into their Hub homepage, which displays the employee user's total savings to date and their current Cashback balance.
To give more visibility to clients' recognition and reward programs, we have created 2 new tiles that use a similar principle to the 'My Account' tile.
With the new 'My awards' tile, employees will now be able to see their remaining balance for their received Awards, and redeem straight from the tile in one click. This is great for reminding employees to spend their awards balance and encourages positive feelings towards their employer and reinforces the recognition message!
The new 'Award Pot balance' tile displays the total Instant Awards balance available to the employee (calculated for all the pots they have access to), and a call to action to send an award straight from the tile. Here is the newest design, including one version for employees who don't have an award balance.
These tiles are available in the SmartHub® Builder and can be dragged and dropped into a Hub as per the client's preference.

We improved the Award File Uploader, to make sure the mandatory fields the system asks for match the Communication Type the client has chosen for your program. No more Postal Address fields required when you upload awards that go out via email. Happy file uploading, everyone!
Postal Address fields are no longer mandatory when Email is the program's comms type.
UK | Employee Discounts | New and Updated Retail Offers
NEW: We've just added a new Instant Voucher for Paul Smith, which allows employees to save 10% in-store and online and select their voucher amount to the nearest pound. Available on client platforms now!
IMPROVED: We have just re-launched H&M as a flexible Instant Voucher and increased the saving to 10%, (previously 8% on a Reloadable card), so employees can save instantly on their purchases, to the nearest pound!
From 1st October the discount on the EasySaver™ Card will reduce from 7.5% to 7%.
Over the past few years, some of our retail partners have had to adjust to market pressures and we’ve experienced some discount reductions as a result. The EasySaver™ Card is a multi-retailer product and has experienced the same pressure from retailers. To date, this hasn’t impacted the discount we are able to share with our customers but they have now taken the decision to make the slight adjustment to the discount to ensure the sustainability of the partnership.
Importantly, a 7% saving with the EasySaver™ Card at over 40 high street retailers remains the market-leading rate, and we’re delighted to be able to retain this strong discount on one of our most popular offers.
