We've improved the address validation on the R&R checkout for global programs, so that employees can enter a billing address that's in a different country to their program locale. This was identified as an issue particularly for clients with global recognition (points-based) programs.
Now employees based in different countries will be able to spend their award balance at retailers local to them!

All users logging in via Reward Manager directly http://rewardmanager.com and not via the front end of their platform will have to go through a mandatory captcha verification to ensure it isn't an automated attempt.
UK & US | SmartSpending™ | We are Partnering up with GlobalGiving
In order to empower our clients to be seen as an ethical employer, we decided to enhance our existing "Donate Cashback to Charity" feature by adding an additional UK and US-facing option. We've partnered with GlobalGiving – the first and largest crowdfunding community connecting nonprofits, companies, and donors around the world.
Why is Reward Gateway partnering with GlobalGiving?
Our enhanced and extended Charity Donation feature (in partnership with GlobalGiving) is focused precisely on the needs of the growing philanthropic workforce. Employees can easily donate part or all of their earned Cashback to diverse range of charity causes.
More than 5,000, in fact...
- There are charity causes available in almost every country in the world.
- So no restriction on which part of the world the donor could support.
- The donation happens conveniently and instantly online.
- The employee can decide to be kept up to date with how their donation is progressing.
GlobalGiving operates with voucher stocks and although this is a great option for the UK and US, unfortunately they currently do not support Australia, New Zealand and Ireland.

The system will soon be able to determine the correct local amount automatically, based on the locale of the recipient. Any other aspects of the process remain unchanged, so you no longer see multiple values to Instant Awards in different locales.
