This week's releases:
Global | Integrations, Employee Discounts | New Top Offers RSS feed
You're now able to generate a unique RSS link through the Integration Dashboard and use this to display the Top Offers from your programme on any other platform (e.g. their Intranet).
Find out more on how to set up an RSS feed in our guide to Integrating web feeds for content.
UK |Employee Discounts| Reloadable Cards checkout improvement
A few months ago the web team improved the way Reloadable Card items were displayed in the basket. Prior to the improvement, when a user added a new reloadable card to the basket, three separate items were displayed:
- The plastic Reloadable Card itself with £0.00 charge
- The actual chargeable top-up amount
- A £0.00 delivery charge
Displaying 3 items in the basket made the process of ordering a new Reloadable Card look more complex than it actually was. This resulted in improving the listing of Reloadable Card items in the basket in a much cleaner way with displaying all info in just one basket item.
As we try to constantly keep aligned with the desktop experience, we have made the same improvements on the app side.
Coming soon:
Global | Integrations| Outbound provider integration
We are adding these providers onto our integration dashboard to make things easier for our clients. If our clients work with any of the below companies, they can now set up an outbound integration themselves.
Clients can choose the provider of their choice, follow the instructions on the screen and enable the connection to be used within their platform.
This development removes the friction of entering a username and password once navigated from their RG platform to one of the other tools used by the organization.
This is another step in our commitment to help our clients create the best user journey for their people!
ETA: 20th March 2019
