Global | Core Platform | Ability to set up a certain type of provisioning as the main
When several different systems are set up for provisioning, if the data does not match, it may lead to data integrity issues on Reward Gateway. This can cause problems for employees trying to log in to their programme. To eliminate this problem, we have introduced a Master Source for each client programme.
A Master Source defines the main data source used in provisioning accounts. Once a Master Source is set on a programme, all other data sources are automatically disabled.
UK | SmartPay™ | Simple upload tool to allow migration of active orders from old providers
We’ve added a simple upload tool in SmartPay™ which allows the migration of active orders from old providers. As part of the upload, the client will have to provide the Employee ID, Amount, Product and End Date (if any) of the migrated order. Uploading an active order will ensure the amount is considered in the National Minimum Wage check and the employee won’t be able to apply for the product until the end date of the order is reached.
UK | SmartTech™ | Strengthening the Spending Limits experience for employees
We’ve prevented employees from adding items to their basket if the items exceed their SmartTech™ spending limit. Now they’ll be warned earlier in the journey and will be able to re-access their purchase before heading to the checkout without having to go back and forth.
UK | Childcare Vouchers | Added flexibility to cut-off / pay dates
We're providing employers the choice to have their vouchers on a cut-off date or on payday date. It's configurable from Advanced Settings page.
UK | Childcare Vouchers | Improved Basic Earning Assessment visibility for CCV approvers
We've added functionality which will display the task on the SmartPay™ homepage in RM, which will remind the CCV approver that it's time for the Annual Basic Earning Assessment (BEA).
Global | Core Platform | New way to login to Reward Manager
Currently, client administrators access Reward Manager by entering their email and password to one of the following alternative URLs www.rewardmanager.com, manage.rewardgateway.com, client.rewardgateway.com
The flaws with the current flow of simply that we'll be addressing are:
Peoples with admin access on multiple programmes with the same email address cannot login
Security features such as Captcha are not available
Channel Partner access is complicated and is handled through Permissions once logged in
UK, AUS | SmartSpending™ | Auto Top-up is getting improved
Currently, to set up Auto Top-up for a Reloadable Card the employee has to go through the whole checkout process and place an order at that point even though they may wish simply to configure an Auto Top-up for a future date.
Moving forward we will provide a way for Auto Top-up to be configured straight from My Account without the need to go through the checkout. This way we'll increase greatly the visibility of the feature.
