This week's releases:
Global | SmartSpending™ | Instant Vouchers
We have added the ability for SmartSpending™ users to mark their Instant Vouchers as "Used", as well as to reverse mark them as "New" in their account on the desktop platform.
Additionally, we removed the order bundle view in "My Instant Vouchers" and now directly display the list of vouchers.
UK & Ireland | SmartPay™ | Deductions
Clients can now update any outstanding deductions and periods for each active SmartTech™ or Holiday Trading application, in the event that they have processed different deductions from what the SmartPay™ deduction has advised.
This means client deduction reports in SmartPay™ can accurately reflect the details in their internal payroll system.
Approvers will be able to manage outstanding deductions and periods by clicking the "Manage Deductions" link on any active SmartTech™ or Holiday Trading application. This will then show a history of all past deductions and option to update the outstanding balance.
UK | Employee Discounts | Primark Instant Vouchers now flexible load
Primark Instant Vouchers (5% off) are now available as 'flexible load' on UK programmes, meaning users can purchase their discounted vouchers for the exact amount they need, to the nearest pound.
UK | Employee Discounts| NEW Harvey Nichols Instant Vouchers
Harvey Nichols Instant Vouchers are now available on client programmes in the UK, with 8% discount.
Coming soon:
Global | Employee Discounts | Chrome Extension
We're currently in the testing phase with an exciting new feature for SmartSpending™. It's an extension that members will be able to download on their Chrome browsers, which will ensure a deal is never missed when shopping online!
The extension will display a notification automatically on the browser if they are visiting a retail site where they can get an employee discount.
ETA: Early 2019
Global | Integration Dashboard
Clients will soon be able to setup Outbound SSO connections directly from the Integration Dashboard within Reward Manager.
ETA: 5th December 2018
UK | Cycle to Work | Design improvements
We're in the process of re-designing the landing page, information pages and application steps for Cycle to Work, which will help make it even easier to understand and more appealing to apply.
We hope that this work will result in fewer queries from employees, saving them time as well as their employers and our support teams.
