Employee Discounts, also known as SmartSpending™, provides easy-to-use, genuine and sustainable employee discounts which can be accessed at any time on any device, used instantly in-store and online, and on top of retailer sales and promotions. Reward Gateway’s employee discounts are the largest revenue drivers for retailers in this space which gives us more flexible, instant, and exclusive levels of discounts which have the maximum impact on increasing employee take-home pay and appreciation.

Employee Recognition and Reward
Our employee recognition programs provide employees with what they crave; Respect, Purpose and Relationship. The program includes monetary and non-monetary recognition which allow clients to embed a social, continuous recognition culture into their organizations. Each recognition program is customized to our clients' employer brands and tied to their company values for an emphasis on peer-to-peer, behavior-driven recognition. At any time and on any device, employees can send and receive eCards, redeem instant on-the-spot awards, and submit nominations, as well as receive awards for long service or other customizable awards. With the addition of the Social Recognition Wall, employees can like, react to, and comment on each other’s recognition to further embed a culture of continuous, value-driven recognition.

Employee Communications
To maximize the impact of all other elements we provide employee communication tools. Whether it is highlighting moments of recognition through great story telling or having an easy way to reach the right people at the right time with the right content such as important company updates. We work closely with clients to provide a platform which allows unlimited amounts of content – including blogs, videos, and pages which help to unite employees across the business. Employee Surveys
Using an employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) survey removes the guesswork for clients who want to know the satisfaction levels of their employees. Efficient and easy to use, eNPS gauges the mood of a workforce by asking employees how likely they are to recommend their employer to a friend on a scale of 1 to 10. Surveys can be sent via email, shared via a link and/ or can appear as a pop up on a client's employee engagement platform. Clients can also get a deeper insight into the thoughts of their employees by using survey templates designed by industry experts, as well as having the option to create their own surveys. Our survey tools give our clients the freedom and flexibility to receive relevant insight from their employees on the areas and themes of engagement that matter most to them.

RG Childcare Vouchers
Our Childcare Voucher (CCV) offering is built, run and maintained entirely in-house by us and, since 2009, has saved employees over £54 million on childcare costs and clients over £25 million in NI savings. Due to impending Tax-Free Childcare changes, new employees are unable to sign up but by switching their existing programme to Reward Gateway, clients can take advantage of an easy and fully supported transfer process, automated calculations to reduce any risk and instant approvals. Employees can manage their CCVs online and on any device, whether a smartphone, laptop, tablet, and desktop computer. They can also manage their CCVs through our 24/7/365 Helpdesk which is available over the phone, email, and instant chat.

RG Cycle to Work
Our Cycle to Work (CTW) program is the most robust in the UK and is built, run, and maintained entirely by us in-house. We work in direct partnership with Halfords providing the widest choice in over 1,250 cycling retailers nationwide – including Halfords, CycleSurgery, CycleRepublic, tredz.co.uk, and over 800 independent bike shops. It is low on admin and provides automated calculations to reduce risk and give instant approval to employees. Since 2009, total employee savings stand at £7.6 million and total employer savings stand at £3.5 million. It's these numbers which make our relationship with Halfords strong and sustainable and why we have been able to add so many more stores for employees to redeem a bike, equipment, or both, nationwide.
