Holiday Trading is incredibly easy to use for both our users as well as the administrators. In this article you'll find videos of how users apply and how admins process their requests on both Pre and Post-approval.
1. Pre-approval
- User application on Pre-approval
As you can see, the application already shows up as approved from the moment the user completes their request.
- Admin flow on Pre-approval
As shown above, Holiday Trading admins can check the applications in SmartPay and cancel if needed.
2. Post-approval
- User application on Post-approval
The user journey is just as smooth on Post-approval. Users receive a message that their application has been sent for approval which will then be available for Admins to process from SmartPay

From SmartPay Holiday Trading approvers can easily amend, reject or approve applications.
