To get started, please head over to your Reward Marketplace homepage.
Under the 'Explore Marketplace' you will see a blue tile with the title 'Create a section for your own rewards'. Go ahead and click on the 'Add custom rewards' link inside the blue tile to start setting up your new Custom Rewards section.
1. Add your rewards
First things first, your new Custom Rewards section is only as good as the Rewards you choose to host so let's get those uploaded first. Don't worry, your Rewards won't be published or visible to other members until the very end of the wizard where you will have the option to go live with your new Custom Rewards section.
Click on the green 'Add new reward' to start adding your Rewards.
Use the provided input fields here to describe the Reward you are uploading.
The 'Select Locale' option allows you to make the Reward only available to members in a particular region. The example below would make the Reward visible only to members in Great Britain.
Price and Quantity
Use the available options to set the price and quantity of the product. Please remember that members can only use awarded points to make the purchase and do not have the option to part pay with a credit/debit card.
Once you set the quantity of the product, each subsequent purchase will then reduce the quantity by 1 unit until there is nothing left. The system will then automatically set the Reward as 'Out of stock'
Redemption instructions and Terms & Conditions (optional)
We appreciate there might be additional steps to complete the order so this section is an opportunity to make that clear to your members. It will be visible on the Reward screen alongside all the other information you have filled in above.
If you are hosting a gift card for example you might want to include some Terms & Conditions such as Gift Cards are non-refundable once dispatched.
Your first Reward has been successfully uploaded!
It's as easy as that! You have successfully create your first Reward!
You now have the option to add more Rewards or move on to the next step where you'll give your new Custom Rewards section a name.
Alternatively, you might want to come back another time to finish off the setup. That's fine, everything up until this point has been saved for you so can pick up right where you left off by coming back through your Reward Marketplace homepage. Remember, nothing has been published yet so your Reward(s) will not be visible to your members.
Once you've uploaded your first set of Rewards then click on 'Go live on the Marketplace' to move to the next section where you will 'Give your new section a name'.
2. Give your new rewards section a name
Give your new section an identity! All you need is a title, description and an image.
Think of this as the 'Store Front' to your new section - this is what your members will see on the Reward Marketplace homepage before they enter as shown below.
Once you're happy to proceed then click on 'Go live on the Marketplace'. Clicking this button will make your new section as well as all the Rewards you uploaded visible to all your members on your Reward Marketplace homepage.
To go straight to your new Custom Section click on the 'Visit...' button or to manage your rewards click on 'Manage Rewards' button.
