We are glad to announce that as of today, all clients using Slack, MS Teams and Yammer integrations will be able to segment triggers on the recognition side! We have added an option for clients that would send only recognition received by a specified segment (e.g. Sales, HR and so on) giving them the ability to use a dedicated channel for these messages. The new option can be seen on Channel step for Slack and MS Teams and on Group step for Yammer.
This enhancement is set to use All Members segment by default so the current workflow for clients is not changed.
