Launching exclusively with supermarket giants ASDA, Tesco and Sainsbury's (who collectively make up a whopping 94% of all UK grocery spend on SmartSpending™) just in time for Christmas, Instant Reloadable Vouchers are fully digital and can be repeatedly topped up – either at the point of need or pre-scheduled – at the discounted rate. This ensures that any leftover balance is used and no funds are wasted.
Not only super speedy, but it's also environmentally friendly. With the Instant Reloadable Voucher, it can be used straight away - no need to wait for a physical card to be delivered and activated. Our fully digital experience means the voucher will be right there when it's needed. Always safe and extra-secure in the SmartSpending™ App!
What's more, our unique Auto Top-Up technology for Reloadable Cards can also be used on our new Instant Reloadable Vouchers. This means that employees can set regular payments, either weekly or monthly, for the £ amount of their choice to their Instant Reloadable Card - giving them peace of mind that they're making the most of their discounts without the need to think about it every time they shop!

In response to user feedback, we're proud to introduce Quick Wallet, a new feature that sits on the home screen of the SmartSpending™ App and gives super-easy access to purchased Instant Vouchers (UK), Instant Reloadable Vouchers (UK) and Instant eGift Cards (AU)!
The Quick Wallet is accessed through a button that hovers at the bottom home screen, as shown below:
With one tap, users can access their most recently purchased Instant Vouchers (UK), Instant Reloadable Vouchers (UK) and Instant eGift Cards (AU) right from the home screen!
Global | Employee Recognition | Add, change or remove eCards directly on the platform
Employees love seeing new eCards on their platform and changing up the designs keeps recognition engagement up. So we have created a new ‘eCard Manager’ admin role for clients to give them the ability to add, move or delete eCard designs directly on the platform.
This new permission, when assigned, will allow clients to manage their own eCards and eCard Categories – such as amending or hiding existing eCards, re-ordering them, adding new categories, and uploading new eCards. Having more control over these elements means clients can ensure their recognition program is always up-to-date and aligned with their branding, mission, and values.
