Our insurance benefits products (provided through our flex platform) previously had a static 14-day cooling off period. While this works well for some providers, it doesn’t for others. In these instances, providers may not honour cancellations which ultimately creates a poor experience for your employees. To help with this, we have made the cooling-off period fully configurable. RG admins can now turn it on/off and adjust the length if needed.
