This week's releases:
Global | Employee Communication | Easier image formatting on Blogs
We have simplified the image options when writing a blog post and made them easier to align.
Global | SmartSpending™ app | Users can now view their active app logins in Security Center
We've added a new section in the Security Center, called 'Active applications'. Here, employees can see their current logins on the SmartSpending™ app along with the device name, mode, and operative system on which they are logged in.
Please note that employees will not see a history of all their logins here. It is only the active/current ones.
To revoke access from the SmartSpending™ app from a specific device, means that an employee will be logged out from the app immediately at the moment when the app is opened on that device.
UK | Cycle to Work| Refund requests
Each salary sacrifice or salary deduction solution housed within our payroll administration portal SmartPay™ can now be configured using a specific tab under SmartPay™ > Products. This will allow each product to show the relevant administrative tools, such as refund requests for Cycle to Work.
UK | Cycle to Work| Additional Cycle to Work offers
The "Apollo family" discount and the "CycleCare plan" will be added as an additional page in the Letter Of Collection document and as a download on the Order History page.
This will only be available on Cycle to Work using SmartPay™.
Coming soon:
UK | Cycle to Work| Front-end redesign
We’ll be ready to share the new facelift with our clients mid January 2019!
The new look brings:
- Improved messaging to help make the CtW scheme rules clear;
- The applicant is made aware of the end of hire processes and bike ownership throughout their experience;
- Streamlined application process;
- A single information page with everything an applicant needs to know;
- New benefits page to remind a user how beneficial cycling to work can be;
- Designed in line with other solutions (like the new SmartTech™).
The functionality and approval process (administrator experience) has not changed. It is an improved front-end employee experience only.
