We've moved the management of the retail marketing communication preferences to the Alert Centre preferences page, to streamline the user experience, reduce confusion and inquiries to Helpdesk.
Employees simply navigate to Alerts » Preferences to arrive here, where they can manage their preferences:
UK | Cycle to Work | New alert reminding about soon to expire LOC
We created an alert (on-site and email) notifying users one month prior to their LoC expiring. We expect to see a more seamless experience for the employee as well as fewer inquiries to Helpdesk, fewer refund requests to employers and fewer employees requesting an extension of their LOC expiry date with Halfords.

Global | Employee Surveys | New question type and a new way to reach unregistered users
When creating a custom survey our clients can now add conditional questions. For example, if we ask “Which office are you based in?” and the answer “Sydney” you‘ll be taken to the question “Where should Sydney have their Christmas party?”, and if the answer is “Boston”, then the next question could be "Where should Boston have their Holiday party?”
This creates a more intuitive flow within surveys, allows different groups of employees to answer the same survey and makes creating, sending and reporting on surveys easier for clients.
Surveys can soon also be sent to anyone rather than just those registered. You can simply upload a data file of those they want the survey to go to. Easy! Plus a new landing page allows employees not registered to authentic themselves eg by adding their payroll number.
