Global | Employee Recognition | Microsoft Teams integration
We have now officially released and published our Microsoft Teams integration on the Microsoft App Store!
Our integration is primarily focused on recognition and we aim to drive the usage on our client platforms even higher with it. Any of our clients who use Microsoft Teams can now use our powerful integration to seamlessly send recognition to their employees from inside Microsoft Teams. The integration is provided to clients at no cost.
What is it?
Our integration is a bot that is deployed on Microsoft Teams. It allows users of Microsoft Teams to interact with it. When they enter the command “recognize”, the bot will allow them to send a recognition, to anyone in their company.
Why is it called Connect+?
Most of our clients' employees know us only by their company's engagement programme name, not Reward Gateway, but we could not deploy bots with different names (a limitation on Microsoft’s side.)
So, with no programme name possible, we settled on Connect+ because it matches our existing branding for recognition apps.
How to install
Please read our guide, Installing MS Teams.
How do employees use it?
We’ve prepared a guide for this, too. This should show you all the capabilities of the bot and how to use it within Microsoft Teams - Sending recognition using MS Teams
UK | Flexible Benefits | SmartPay™ product priority
Product Priority has been added to the SmartPay™ product configuration panel for flex clients. This feature is especially important for when clients run their annual renewal window.
How it works
If a scheme is set to auto-approve on a specific date or if it goes through an annual renewal process (important for our flex clients who have insurance), then all products will be approved at the same time.
If someone is close to the National Minimum Wage, then we can't always approve all of them. This feature allows clients to define their priority list so that employees will have access to the products most important.
