This week's release:
Global | Platform Insights | Improved communications analytics
We’ve heard from clients that they want to better understand their blog usage and learn which authors, blogs, and communication channels are most popular for their content. Most clients want to sustain or increase comms engagement. They want to know what works (and what doesn’t) in order to craft a more effective comms strategy.
So, we have added more charts and data to the existing Comms Dashboard in Platform Insights. This provides clients with greater detail into which blog posts, tags, bloggers, etc. are getting the most usage.
The data is spliced in a way to help clients see a big picture of their comms engagement and we designed a number of new charts and tables, such as:
- Posts published stat (and stats over time)
- Posts viewed on app vs web
- Posts viewed based on the source
- Stats on specific posts, including views, reactions, comments, etc.
- Stats on tags, including number of posts, views, which use announcements, etc.
- Stats on blogs, including number of posts, views, current followers, etc.
- Stats on bloggers, including number of posts, views, comments, followers, etc.
These updates will allow clients to make more informed decisions about their employee communications strategy based on real data proving which blogs, bloggers, types of posts, etc. get the greatest engagement from their workforce.

UK | Flex Benefits | Phase 1 improvements to insurance benefits renewal process
One of the relatively common requirements when setting up insurance is to limit the amount of "steps" an employee can take during the annual renewal window. The limiting of insurance cover steps allows for providers to sign and accept liability under (an insurance policy), therefore guaranteeing payment in cases when loss or damage occurs.
We implemented this option into our product setup and also made it work with segmentation in order to make our solution more flexible.
Now when employees want to increase or decrease their cover they are limited to 1 or 2 steps up or down the cover options level, thus minimizing the risk involved in providing the cover.
This improvement is part of overhauling the renewals process we currently have. That bigger piece of work is still in progress so expect to read more about it in the next couple of weeks.
UK | Flex Benefits | Flex reporting - authentication via SSH key
We're implementing the option to authenticate users via SSH keys instead of the usual username/password when they are retrieving report files from our SFTP server.
UK | Flex Benefits | Customisable content for insurance benefits
The latest addition to our insurance improvements is the ability to fully tailor the content of any benefit! We can now freely configure the text on the Landing, Application and Success pages for each benefit as well as the declaration every person agrees to at the end of their application.
