This week's releases:
Global | Recognition & Reward | InstantAwards™ reporting improvement
We have improved the R86 report (All Instant Awards by Program) by adding a new column called "Shared?".
It works like this:
- The column reads "Yes" for Instant Awards that were posted to the Social Wall
- The column reads "No" for Instant Awards the sender chose to keep private
- For clients who do not use Instant Awards with Social Recognition, this column will always read "No"
Read all about how the R86 report works in this article: Tracking awards issued with SmartInsights reports
This brings InstantAwards™ reporting in line with eCards, as the "Shared?" column has been available in the R62 report (Detailed eCards Report) for some time. Special thanks to our UK client RSM for suggesting this improvement!
UK | Cycle to Work | New financing option now available
A new financing option is now available for Reward Gateway clients who wish to offer a Cycle to Work salary sacrifice programme without posing any risks to cashflow at their business. Reward Gateway's partnership with Akira Finance means that clients would not need to pay the upfront cost of the bikes (this would be covered by Akira) and instead make repayments to Akira according to an agreed schedule (usually monthly).
Clients wishing to use this financing option must have Cycle to Work Plus.
