Why do we use Cashback?

Including Cashback in an employee discounts program enables employers to provide more choices to their employees for their online shopping.

Cashback helps employees save money online in the most accessible way possible. When they buy something online, the purchase is tracked (usually using cookies) and they then receive a percentage of the cost or a fixed amount back in their pockets. It's effortless, and what's even better is this Cashback can be easily withdrawn straight to their bank account or donated to charity.

Due to the ease of use and the great savings available, we find our clients see roughly half of their employee benefits engagement coming from online discounts such as Cashback.
