Cashback - How to Donate Cashback to Charity

About Cashback

When members are awarded Cashback, this will be shown under the My Account section on their employee engagement platform. From there they can see their Cashback balance in the Cashback Statement. 

How To Donate Cashback to Charity

Below are the steps members will need to follow to donate their balance, or part of their balance, to charity.

1. Click on Withdraw 

Here they're presented with an option to Withdraw to Bank,  purchase a reloadable card or instant voucher or Donate to Charity. 

2. Click Donate to Charity.  

This links through to a page where members will see the option to donate to charity. 

3. Enter the amount you would like to donate.

The nominated charity will be the one that the employer chose during their program implementation. 

4. Click continue

5. Confirm details, and click on Donate Cashback to complete. 

The money is off to a great cause!
