Overview
The recognition participation dashboard includes a set of charts that provide aggregate numbers on the activities of every user in the scheme. This chart is useful when trying to compile any sort of leaderboard that takes into account all recognition-related activities on the scheme, for a specific time period.
Aggregations are provided at 2 levels - individual member level, as well as a dashboard just to aggregate participation for managers alone.
Recognition Writing Trends
This chart divides managers into different buckets based on how many recognitions they have written during the selected time period. This gives us an idea of engagement across managers, which in turn can translate to driving engagement across their direct reports.
Manager Stats
This table includes every member who has been designated as a manager, within that specific time period.
For each manager, the fields above are filled in as follows:
- Written: The number of unique ecards and nominations written by the member. If the member has submitted a group recognition, it is counted as a single written item for this chart
- Received: The number of ecards and nominations received by the member.
- Commented: Number of comments written by the member
- Reactions: Number of reactions by the member
People Participation
This table looks identical to the one above, with the only difference being that it includes all members in the scheme, rather than managers only. The metrics calculation is identical to what was described above.
