Yes, absolutely. Transparent pricing is always key for us.
Can I purchase an item that costs more than the points I have?
Yes. You can pay the remaining balance with your credit/debit card, for those schemes whose locale matches that of the registered member.
I already have an Amazon account, do I have to create a new one?
You can use your existing Amazon account. Your purchase history or any other personal data from Amazon will not be viewable on the RG platform.
I have prime delivery on my Amazon account can I use that?
Yes, you can definitely use your Prime membership. How exciting!
Will I be charged delivery?
If you don’t have Prime then delivery options are the same as if you shopped directly with Amazon i.e. for the UK, orders over £20 qualify for free delivery.
If I have problems with my Amazon order who do I contact?
Any refund queries or customer support will be provided directly by Amazon. Removing the need for RG to be the middle-person.
Where can I find my order history?
You can manage your order history directly on Amazon’s website without having to login to RG.
Can awards be used for Amazon subscriptions?
No, this service can not be used to buy subscription based products.
Does the amazon integration work with the AmazonSmile programme which donates a portion of every purchase through Amazon?
No. We are exploring this capability but for now please advise clients that this is not possible.
