Creating an sFTP Integration
1. Log in to Reward Manager
2. Go to Integrations and locate the Client
3. Select 'Inbound SFTP' and 'Create New Inbound SFTP'
4. Enter the name of the integration
5. Enter the prefix of the file that will be uploaded
6. Under the 'Configuration type' drop-down menu, choose 'TRS Benefits'
7. Follow the rest of the configuration steps
8. At the Authentication Stage an example file needs to be uploaded on the sFTP server just created
9. Mapp the columns in the file
10. Once the integration is reviewed, it can be enabled
Changing the List of Columns in the file
1. Log in to Reward Manager
2. Go to 'Dynamic TRS' and locate the Client
3. Go to 'Data Upload'
4. Under 'What columns do I need to include?' select 'click here'
5. Adjust the Benefits listing
6. Don't forget to click 'Save' after adding or editing a benefit
Note: After changing the fields, the sFTP Integration will need to be re-mapped in order to include the updates.
