There are a couple of options here depending on the registration criteria of the programme.
Self Registration
On self-registration sites, members can recover their email addresses by themselves. The whole process is completely self-service and to do so they just need to access the "Forgotten Details?" option on their landing page.
They will be asked for some verification information and provided they match up, we will allow them to set up a new email address against their account.
i.e. https://dhl.rewardgateway.co.uk/Authentication/Recover/Email
Preload
On Preload sites, this process is slightly different as we do not have any "trustable" data to verify the member against. On preload sites the member has a couple of options:
- Contact a member of their HR team and ask them to check which email they have registered against
- Contact our Employee Support team and go through a verification process to check what the email address is
