Benefits Administration - What do the Benefits Administration system-generated emails look like to employees? For UK only

Introduction

The Benefits Administration emails are created to support key actions that users take when interacting with their Benefits offering. The emails listed below are not currently editable by clients.

1. New Joiner is able to apply for benefits

Status: Active

Recipient: Employee

Frequency: Within 24 hrs of new joiner becoming eligible. Eligiblity rules for new joiners are determined during implementation and can be configured to support Date Added, Benefits Start Date (HRIS field) or Start Date (HRIS field).

Title: Apply for your benefits today

Status: Active. ON/OFF toggle to enable communications for auto enrolment.

Recipient: Employee

Frequency: Once, after auto enrolment is configured then eligible employee's who have been enrolled in the benefit will receive the communication.
