Understanding SFTP Notifications

Email: Your test file was processed

Event: Integration is in Testing and a test file was processed successfully

Email: Your file was uploaded

Event: Integration is in production (Enabled) and a file was processed successfully

Email: No members are setup to receive SFTP Notifications

Event: A notification to a program admin that there are no members setup to receive SFTP Notifications on the site (Recommended)

Email: SFTP credentials need to be changed

Event: When an IT Administrator on the site is made ineligible (Security Notice)

Email: We've received your file and it's in line to be processed

Event: When a file is sent but is queued to be processed

Email: Your file transfer failed!

Event: File transfer failed because the client was attempting an operation that is not permitted on our SFTP Server

Email: We have found some issues processing your file!

Event: The file was received but it contains errors. Either due to mapping, wrong mime type or file extension.

Email: We've not seen a file come through for a while!

Event: Reminder email sent if we have not seen a file processed through SFTP for a while

Email: Registration emails awaiting dispatch

Event: Programme is still in implementation and a file was processed successfully. This has created a batch of Welcome emails to be dispatched.

Email: The file you attempted to upload is too big!  

Event: When a file exceeds the max size limit allowed by Reward Gateway.

Email: We could not find a matching integration to process your file through!

Event: When an uploaded file could not be linked to an integration workflow. (Incorrect Prefix for the file used)

Email: We received your file but your SFTP Integration is disabled!

Event: The file was received successfully, but the matching integration is disabled.
