After running an Engaged Index™ survey, the results will be available to you in a dashboard. This dashboard will provide you with data and analytics on how people responded to the survey, including the Engaged Index score. See below for more in depth information on what the data means for each of the charts in the dashboard.
Tip: These dashboards are interactive! Try clicking and hovering your cursor in each chart to see more data, or to display the data in a different way.
Using the Filter
The filter at the top of the page allows you to fine tune the data you are viewing by selecting a certain group. For example, you could choose the Group Type of Location and the Group Name of London to see only the data for survey respondents in London.

In depth analysis
The In depth analysis section include four charts - one for each of the four questions in the survey. Each chart is broken into sections showing on the percentage of employees who rated the questions as detractors, neutrals, and promoters. Detractors are those who responded with a 6 or lower, neutrals are those who responded with a 7 or 8, and promoters are those that responded with a 9 or 10. Each of these charts will show the current score breakdown along with all previous survey score breakdowns.
The final charts show information about the fifth question on the survey. If a respondent answered the question about recommending your company as a place to work a 9 or 10, they answered the What we do well question. If a respondent answered the question about recommending your company as a place to work as an 8 or below, they answered the What we can do better question. Both of these questions ask respondents to pick from the same group of options. These two charts show what percentage of people who responded selected which option. The charts below with Other answers show the typed out response for those who chose other and instead typed in their choice.
