What the Wellbeing Centre Is
The Wellbeing Centre helps your workforce live healthier lives through the three key pillars of wellbeing: Physical, Mental, and Financial. Give your employees the education, support, and tools they need to be better versions of themselves, both at home and at work.
How the Wellbeing Centre Works
Employees can access the Wellbeing Centre at any time and on any device. It’s full of useful resources for your employees, including:
Expert blogs, articles, videos, and tips for a healthier lifestyle. We constantly add new content to encourage employees to continue with their wellbeing journey and help you create a happier, healthier, and more productive workforce.
Move: A wealth of fitness videos, including Yoga, cardio, strength, and Pilates. We’ve got hundreds of videos for employees to choose from, whatever their abilities or fitness goals.
Munch: Nutritional tips, education, and thousands of recipes from HelloFresh to help employees eat healthier. We offer thousands of healthy recipes from Hello Fresh to try out, as well as nutritional tips and education pieces to help them understand the importance of healthy eating.
Money: Financial education from money experts, along with tools to help your employees handle their money matters. This section is all about financial wellbeing, featuring financial education from the experts at the Money Advice Services, and a range of great financial tools.
Mind: Mindfulness videos including how to handle stress and anxiety and tools to aid sleep. This section is designed to help employees combat stress and anxiety, and enhance other aspects of their mental wellbeing.
Custom banners on the Wellbeing Centre landing page or any of the category pages. You can showcase internal wellbeing initiatives by creating pages and banners within the Wellbeing Centre.
Things To Consider When Setting Up the Wellbeing Centre
Content Visibility Preferences
The Wellbeing Centre supports audience segmentation allowing it to be shown only to part of the workforce
Most employers are happy with promoting all categories (Move, Munch, Money, Mind). However, it is possible to hide one or more of them
The Money category is designed for a UK audience. If employees from multiple countries have access to your programme, we recommend adding a custom banner to let users know that Money content is UK-focused, or hiding the Money category altogether
Internal Wellbeing Initiatives
You can showcase internal wellbeing initiatives with custom banners on the Wellbeing Centre landing page, or any of the category pages. Banners support different calls to action:
- Link to an external page via URL
- Link to a built-in or custom page within the Wellbeing Centre
- Link to a page or blog article within your RG platform
- Link to a third-party wellbeing service/platform, through a seamless single sign-on integration.
Promoting Wellbeing Products
Aside from the built-in content, you can use the Wellbeing Centre to promote other wellbeing products, such as:
