Halfords Cycle2work roadshows are a great way to build internal awareness of an organisation's Cycle to Work scheme amongst employees. CASE STUDY: Selco Builders Warehouse
Reward Gateway client, Selco Builders Warehouse, had been providing the RG Cycle to Work benefit (via Halfords Cycle2work) to their employees for some time, but felt their engagement wasn't as high as they had anticipated.

Virtual and Onsite Roadshow Arrangements
The Halfords Cycle2work team provide virtual and onsite events for Reward Gateway | Edenred clients.
Virtual Roadshow Criteria
- No minimum number of employees required
- Halfords can host the event on Microsoft Teams, or the employer can host the event
- Knowledgeable roadshow host (someone from the company who manages the benefit)
Onsite Roadshow Criteria
- Indoor space for 6x3 metre booth setup
- Min of 200 employees onsite
- A 3-hour window is required to host the roadshow onsite
