Integrations - Certificate scheduling and rollovers

About Certificate Scheduling 

In this article we'll cover the scheduling function for your SAML connections into your Reward Gateway Platform. You'll need to have the IT Administrator permission in order to make these changes.

Once you've logged into Reward Manager and navigated to the Integrations tab select the 'Tools' option on the SAML integration you'd like to rollover the certificate on.

You'll be presented with the menu above where you can select 'Schedule certificate rollovers' to navigate to the uploader.

The next menu will provide the administrator with the current certificate associated with the integration along with it's validity.

In order to schedule a new certificate upload the .crt file or select the Copy/Paste option and paste the PEM formatted version of the certificate into the box provided.

Next you will need to schedule a date and time by clicking in the 'Schedule Date' box below:

Select the date and time that you would like your new certificate to start at. By clicking save at the bottom of the page the certificate rollover will take effect at the time and date selected and you will be presented with an overview of the integration.
