Employee Wellbeing is filled with hundreds of videos and tips from wellness experts to help clients provide the means for their employees to lead healthier lives, including hundreds of videos on Fitness, HIIT, Yoga, and Mindfulness.

This expert-led content covers three fundamental pillars of wellbeing – Physical, Mental, and Financial – and is successful in helping to create or supplement a wellbeing strategy which is proactive, personal, and inclusive, so all employees can take part in a way that’s right for them.

Social Interaction

Bringing familiar social media tools into a wellbeing solution enables employees to connect with each other, as well as provide feedback for the client as to what areas of Employee Wellbeing are the most valuable to their staff.

Using likes, comments, and tagging, employees are able to interact with content that they've found valuable and tag colleagues or leave their own suggestions to help others. Any users mentioned in a comment will receive an alert to let them know someone has mentioned them, with a link to the comment.

We've partnered with Hello Fresh to provide a huge library of delicious, healthy recipes, all embedded directly in Employee Wellbeing. Recipes can be filtered by cuisine (e.g. Italian, Chinese, Spanish), dietary requirements (including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, nut-free, dairy-free, egg-free and soy-free), low calorie, family favorites, and quick and easy. Employees can also access helpful articles and nutritional tips from healthy eating experts.

Dedicated Employee Communications

Our employee comms experts at Reward Gateway | Edenred have created a set of monthly communications dedicated to Wellbeing, centered around our Health Calendar, which focusses on a new wellbeing topic each month.

Clients' Internal Initiatives

For clients who have their own internal wellbeing initiatives or existing offering from a third-party provider, they can showcase them with custom banners on the homepage, linking them to the 3 Ms – Move, Munch, and Mind. Banners can support the following call to actions:
